dill sauce.
As you may know, I tried out a dill and cucumber sauce recipe for salmon back in July. It was pretty good, but recently I came up with my own dill sauce recipe (no cucumber, actually) that I would like to share! It’s a combination of what I happened to have on hand and what I’ve seen in the different recipes out there.
Jacqueline’s Dill Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
dry mustard, to taste
celery salt, to taste
2 dashes lemon juice (or a squeeze or two from an actual lemon!)
the zest of a small lime
3 tbsp mayonaise
Directions
Blend it all together, taste it, then adjust the flavors if you desire!
NOTE: This didn’t seem to keep for very long in the fridge. The flavors blended a little too intensely!
